"Believe that you can heal yourself and the happiness you deserve will be yours and you’ll know that you’re blessed." Mark Armiento
Learn to balance your interpersonal health by developing reciprocal (2-way) relationships and steering clear of toxic ones. Ask yourself each day, "how effective have I been in managing my interpersonal energy?" The key points to developing healthy relationships are: Be interpersonally connected. Communicating honestly using one's own voice. Creating boundaries in your relationships and avoiding other's drama or noisy rabbit holes. Avoiding relationship triangles and speaking through others. Avoiding drinking others toxic kool-aid communications. Learning that just because information is loud, that doesn't make it valuable! Being able to create in–to–me–see (intimacy). Avoiding unhealthy, codependent. Knowing how to create healthy, positive relationships that honor you.
"In his teachings, I learned to value my life and to believe that hope was for everyone. Mark brings to the broken, the realization that cultivating kindness promotes acceptance, peace, freedom and happiness. Mark shows us that we can learn to pay attention in the present moment and more importantly, we can change our habitual patterns; our vulnerabilities to automatic reactions based on past experiences of hurt. Mark shows us that too often we’re on autopilot, not even paying attention to what is actually happening in the present, just responding to triggers that cause us to react automatically and to defensively respond. The way Mark presents, it allows one to engage more fully with ones emotions and experiences. He shows us the infinite possibilities if we allow ourselves to hear and forgive and move forward without judgement for past actions that cannot be changed. I am forever indebted to Mark Armiento for the light he shed on my life and empowerment received from his message.” "
