Learn to balance your mental health by shifting negative beliefs, shutting down your self-limiting thoughts and avoiding negativity.

First, lets Ask ourselves how effective are we with managing our mental energy?

Do I regularly practice stress management and mental relaxation techniques including meditation, guided imagery and positive visualization?

Do I accept circumstances beyond my control?

Do I tackle my work (or school) demands by using my mental energy to engage life while remaining realistically optimistic as I work towards a positive solution?

Do I support myself by practicing positive self-talk and & effective time management?

What People Are Saying:

“Mark, is the best and I appreciate all his help with Ms. Kutu – a 2012 Olympian- and all the others he has helped. Ms. Kutu has come full circle and it is has been an incredible journey and a great St. John’s University story. Seeing her march in the opening ceremonies watching her compete in front of 80,000 people in the Olympic stadium against the top sprinters on the planet really was remarkable and I know Mark had a great part in getting her there.
